1. Ensure the router is operating on a 2.4GHz frequency.
2. The phone and the machine should be connected to the same network.
3. Confirm Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled on the phone.
4. Check if the Wi-Fi icon on the machine's screen is lit.If the Wi-Fi icon on the base station is lit, but not on the machine, try moving the machine closer to the router then attempt connection again.
5. Check if the Wi-Fi icon on the app is lit.
