1. Prepare a USB drive, the file system of the USB drive needs to be formatted in FAT32 format, and the capacity of the USB drive needs to be greater than 10GB.
2. Copy attached SeekerPack file in the first level directory of the USB drive.Remember the file name should always be SeekerPack(SeekerPack)
3. Ensure that the mower is turned on and stable. When the LED panel of the mower shows "idle", it can indicate that the machine is turned on and running stably.
4. Remove the battery pack cover and see the USB interface
5. Insert the USB drive into the mower's USB interface
6. Wait for a while and then remove the USB(usually it takes around 1~3mins)
7. Send us the file SeekerLog in the SeekerLog file for further analysis
8. If you can't find the file like above, you can check below file to find the reason why it failed.
